Terms and conditions

Since the number of participants in our annual Campus is limited, we invite you to follow the registration and preparation steps as follows:

1. Your eMail/phone contact with us and your sending of the registration form: during all year
2. Our assessment of your profile and your learning project/motivation: based on your form two weeks after your sending
3. Your pre-registration issued to you by a UPA statement
4. Final registration through your paiment of the participation fees: by date indicated in pre-registration, latest 4 weeks before the beginning of the Campus
5. Start of personalized active preparatory dialogue with our UPA-training team through eMail and phone (preparation of your learning materials, logistics of your stay with us, your travelling): from your request of registration onwards

Training fees: 3.900 Euro

This includes:

• the training itself,
• full board accommodation for all the length of the Campus,
• local transport during the session
• the accompaniment by APTE/UPA team from your registration until one year (maximum) after the campus period.

Please pay particular ATTENTION: All other costs, like pocket money, perdiem, medical costs and especially transport to and from the country of the campus (tickets, lodging and restaurant during travel, administrative costs, visa, insurance, etc.) are NOT INCLUDED in this fee and subject to your own responsibility and payment.
