18 senior staff from 8 African countries gather in the "UPA Village 2021" for developping Peace competences, their ability to work for social cohesion, de-escalation and positive management of conflicts, violence and trauma.
MESSAGE from 2020 Laureate RONALD (Nigeria), 25.10.2021: It is with joy that I write to congratulate you on this bold step you have taken to become peace builder's and humanitarians. I do hope you have seized this opportunity and you are making good use of it as you have the best formation team putting you through the necessary ingredients you need to face this struggle for Peace you have embarked on. My dear peace builder's, peace building can be learned but the learner most put into action what he or she has learnt for it to effective. Thus, starting to make peace with oneself. I am equally thrilled to thank you in a very special way for accepting to work for peace in the society where we have so many uncertainty. I believe that long lasting peace can be achieved if we the ambassadors of UPA decide to put into action what we have learnt. Once again welcome on board my dearest lovers of peace. Let's all go back to our various destinations well equipped to put into action what we have gathered.

This is the network and plat-form of 300 Laureates from 30 countries and 25 years UPA. In various and prominent respon-sibilities and positions, they join local Peace efforts in PTG-Groups: Peace Training Group. They say: "It's not how far we have came, but how far we can go".
